Merchandise Return Policy for Individual Customers

If for any reason you find it necessary to return an item, AAOS will accept returns for credit or refund when the following conditions are met in full:

• Credit or refund is allowed only for products purchased directly from AAOS.
• Product returns must be within 90 days of shipment.
• Product returns must be unmarked and in resalable condition.
• Shipping charges on returned products are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend insuring your return and shipping via UPS or U.S. Mail.
