The disc will play on the computer as long as a DVD software is installed. If the disc is not playing, please locate the software you have installed on the hard drive, open it and click Play. The movie should start.
The disc can also be played on the DVD player through the TV.
If you are experiencing problems with the DVD on the computer, the problem could be player related. Please visit Microsoft's support site or call us at 800-626-6726 ext. 4112. You can also email us your questions at support@aaos.org
